Honestly, it wouldn't be so bad but the company does not reply to emails, ever.

Software is great, that would be the only possible good part of the review. Be very cautious when buying a premium service as it looks like they will not honour what you asked for. I would recommend that you use a company, such as PayPal, as a means to be safe. WPS continue to ignore the emails sent with 2Checkout passing all bucks to them. If they did, it would explain the importance of responding to emails and the need to be aware of services purchased. The support or customer service is something I believe this company has not yet googled. However, my purchase had never been updated to premium, even after three days now. They will then sort out the purchase and transfer you back to WPS. Having subscribed to the premium service using Paypal, you will be redirect to 2Checkout. Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with WPS, also known as Kingsoft.

There are better scam free alternatives that are just as cheap, if not free. I emailed their support about it and they have not responded but I used a different email address asking about the product and they answered in a few hours. You wait until your 3 months are up, you forget about it and they charge you again. You do not realize that it is a reoccurring subscription because they do not show it in you account then they charge you again or B. Here is the catch, If you delete your account before your three months are up you lose whatever time you have left. Nope, the only way to stop the subscription is to delete your account. I am definitely NOT amused, and NOT happy that this so called 'free trial sign up' is nothing more than a scam to charge you immediately and then to thumb their nose at you for trying to ask for the fee back because you have cancelled the free trial BEFORE payment should have been taken! Absolute rip off. To my surprise, on their web site it states that there is 'no refund, whether used, or not, and that I should make sure that the auto renewal is turned off or else they will continue to take the fee from my bank. I tried (after much searching and cursing), to remove the free trial immediately so that I could get the fee refunded (after all, it was a 7 day 'free trial'). Immediately, I was beeped by my banking app on my phone to say they had taken the payment out already. I had to input my card details (presumably to be charged after the 7 day free trial was up). I signed up for a 'free trial' with WPS Office. I signed up for a 'free trial' with WPS…RIP OFF
